Helping Caregivers Map Their Care Connections
In Canada, over 8.1 million unpaid caregivers play a vital role in supporting family, friends, and neighbours—yet many do so with limited support. This can leave caregivers feeling isolated, overextended, and uncertain about where to seek help.
With support from the Rexall Care Network, Pallium Canada is expanding access to the Atlas CareMap Toolkit—a simple visual tool that helps caregivers map their support network, spot gaps, and strengthen their circle of care.
Whether you work in health care, a caregiver organization, social services or the in the community this workshop will provide with all the tools and resources you need to run your own CareMap workshops to help support caregivers in your communities to build stronger connections.
