Palliative care webinars for health care professionals from across disciplines

This community of practice from the Palliative Care ECHO Project brought together clinicians, allied health professionals, and other health care professionals from across disciplines to explore, enhance, and embed the palliative approach within interprofessional practice. Whether you were a seasoned champion of palliative care or are just beginning to explore its principles, this series offered a collaborative space to deepen your knowledge, share experiences, and strengthen your team-based care.

Through practical case studies, expert insights, and real-world strategies, participants deepened their understanding of each team member’s role, explored ways to integrate palliative care into their own practice, and strengthened their ability to support patients, families, and colleagues.
