Supporting primary care health care providers
This community of practice from the Palliative Care ECHO Project supported interprofessional primary care clinicians and health care providers from across Canada interested in augmenting their primary-level palliative care skills and connecting with and learning from colleagues providing a palliative care approach.
Over the course of four series, from February 2022 to October 2025, participants engaged with peers and an interprofessional panel of experts to discuss real-world cases and practical approaches to palliative care in paramedicine.
